Temporary Tattoos

Have you ever been shocked into silence when you see a child playing around with tattooed arms and legs?  When you come to think of it, they are just too young to have those and to have gotten inked?  I’m sure it didn’t take you too long to figure out those were not real tattoos! I mean they are not embedded under their skin; they’re called temporary tattoos. These kinds of art are not for extended use and are just like stickers that can be removed and changed whenever and wherever you want to. These tattoos are the best choice for all of you out there who are planning to get some tattoo but are unsure yet what design and where to put the tat. You can replace it anytime with another design or another location perhaps. It’s really an awesome way to get a feel for if you’re going to like a tattoo or not.

Temporary tattoos come in different kinds and a LOT of designs to choose from. There are letter tattoo designs to spell out a name. You can have a dragon drawn on your skin and won’t have to worry so much about the pain that you will experience because it does not break the skin’s surface. You can buy at your local supermarket some tattoo stickers very inexpensively that are very colorful and may last for one to three days depending on how you wash your body and how often you sweat (some may even last a week, if you’re careful). These body arts can be found anywhere, like the street walk and humid beaches where henna artists are on the prowl for hundreds of customers that will have temporary tattoos to make their beach experience hipper and cooler. The henna that they will apply on your skin is not totally odor-less but it is not offensive either. The artists use a distinct concoction of henna leaves, tea and some other ingredients that are considered colorants which are all considered very organic and non-toxic to apply and use on your skin, in case you are very allergic to many substances and materials.

In addition to the fact that these tattoos are painless, you can also tell or bring your own design of whatever you would like the tattoo artist to put on you, it also depends if the artist can draw it right and how you want it. The only thing that this method lacks is that the colors are just plain brown and black because of the substance that they are using and also skin types vary with every person. Now that you already have an idea on having a tattoo, always make sure that your decision is based upon your own conscience and wants not your mom, dad or friends and to be really sure about getting a tattoo, you may try sporting a henna tattoo first then deciding afterwards if it is really what you want.
